Our Story

In 2011, the 29th OISCA Chapter was established in New Jersey, USA.  Having a base in the United States where the headquarters of many UN agencies, including the United Nations, are located, will enables us to expand our activities more and more globally in the future.　  

At the opening ceremony, 25 OISCA members from all over Japan, led by former President Nakano Yoshiko of OISCA International, attended to celebrate.  Mr. Kazuo Kodama, the then Japanese Ambassador at the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations also attended and delivered a congratulatory speech.
