Our Story

Mr. Raana Katzir, the then Secretary-General of OISCA Israel, introduced OISCA to his Palestine friend, Mr. Imad Atrash, and OISCA Palestine was established. In May 2000, tree planting activities of the Children’s Forest Program (CFP) were carried out at Talitha Kumi School for Palestine youth and children which is located in the autonomous area of Beit Jala, south of Jerusalem.
