Our Story

In 1974, OISCA as a private organization, established OISCA ROC, Taiwan Chapter in order to strive for private sector friendship and mutual understanding activities that transcend national boundaries. In 1977, OISCA ROC, Taiwan Chapter in cooperation with the OISCA Headquarters, held the second Asian-Pacific Youth Forum for Community Development.
