Activities	The center is providing short and long-term trainings in the organic production of Japanese rice among the youth of Negros Island. This is made possible under the guidance and supervision of the OTTAA members who learned growing of rice in Japan. The center also runs silkworm production facilities for sericulture and its staff is providing technical assistance among the sericulture farmers.
Project Impact	The graduates of the training courses are expected to return to their own respective communities to be leaders and help in the development of their villages.
