On November 20 and 21, 2025, “Global Summit 2025”, hosted by OISCA South India Chapter, was held in Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India. With OISCA representatives from Japan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Mexico in attendance, presentations were made under the theme, “Regenerating Our Planet: Synergizing for a Sustainable Tomorrow”. Speakers including Shri H.K. Patil, Minister of Law of Karnataka State, along with representatives from co-host Seshadripuram College and VYK (Vishwa Yuvak Kendra), an Indian youth development organization, made proposals to address the current crisis facing the global environment.
In the subsequent breakout sessions, junior high and senior high school students and young adults presented ideas for solving environmental problems using new technologies. Finally, the Summit meeting announced the Bengaluru Declaration, in which each individual pledged to take concrete action for the regeneration of the Earth.
The following day, the participants in the Summit visited a startup agricultural corporation in the suburbs of Bengaluru, where they observed organic cultivation practices in greenhouses.
