Activities	It has one hectare for vegetable cultivation, one hectare for orchard and approximately seven hectares for rice fields. The Training Center offers training courses in agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry and pastry making. The trainees with extraordinary leadership skills undergo another one year of training in Japan to hone leadership skills. These trainees are expected to spearhead development activities that will lead to the growth of their own communities.
Project Impact	The graduates of the training courses are expected to return to their own respective communities to be leaders and help in the development of their villages.
