Activities	Equipped with training center facilities and three hectares land area for orchard and rice and vegetable farming, the youths from the different municipalities of Abra Province are empowered through agricultural training. Other activities of the center include animal husbandry (goat, poultry, pig and cow rearing) and fruit processing (production of dried mango and pineapple). The center also runs a rice mill to polish the rice produced by the center and of the rice harvested by the nearby farmers. Unlike the commercially owned rice mills, the training center helps the farmers by charging them at a minimum price. Project Impact	The graduates of the training courses are expected to return to their own respective communities to be leaders and help in the development of their villages. Youth in Abra and nearby provinces who avail the training opportunity in Japan for 3 years improves their economic and social status.
