Activities	With the training center facilities and land for rice, vegetable and sericulture farming, the youths from the different municipalities of Negros Province are empowered through agriculture and rearing of silk worms.
Project Impact	Equipped with the acquired knowledge and skills in agriculture and sericulture, the graduates of the training center are expected to return to their own respective communities to be leaders and help in the development of their communities.
