Activities	The center has an area of 4.6 hectares for rice and vegetable cultivation, fruit orchard and livestock farming. The center produces organic crops usingvermicompost which is directly applied or as foliar fertilizer. Under the supervision and guidance of staff who underwent OISCA agricultural trainings in Japan, youths from the different parts of Nueva Ecija and nearby provinces learn rice and vegetable farming, livestock farming, fish culturing and salted egg production. The products are sold to the markets and the gained profits are use for other training center activities. The center operates on a self-sufficient basis without any financial assistance.
Project Impact	The graduates of the training courses are expected to return to their own respective communities to be leaders and help in the development of their villages.
