 On June 10, 2022, Ms. Gilyasedin Ninjin, leftside of the photo, Secretary General of OISCA Mongolia was awarded by H. E. Mr. Hiroyuki Kobayashi, Ambassador of Japan to Mongolia, at the ceremony held at the Ambassador’s official residence. The award is given to individuals and organizations who have made a valuable contribution to the promotion of relations between Japan and Mongolia.

Ms. Ninjin cooperated for the establishment of OISCA Mongolia Chapter when she acted

as an interpreter for OISCA officials during their visit to the country in 2006.  She has served as Secretary-General since the founding of Mongolian Chapter in 2007, and has been actively promoting OISCA activities by sending trainees to Japan, conducting various tree-planting activities, and accepting many OISCA members from Japan in Mongolia. In addition to these efforts, she has been involved in the donation of ambulances and fire trucks from Japanese local governments, and her award was given in recognition of her role as a “bridge connecting Japan and Mongolia”.
